Bequest of Real Estate

I give all of the right, title, and interest in and to the real estate located at (ADDRESS OR DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY) to Kent School, a nonprofit organization located in Kent, CT, 06757, Federal Tax ID #06-0646687, or its successor, thereto for Kent School's unrestricted use and purpose.

Percentage Bequest
